REFERENCE IMAGES

IMAGE MODEL (batch + single-panel GENERATE)
Panel images use OpenAI or BFL only (no Gemini image models). Reference images in the request are only used by providers that accept multimodal input — today GPT and FLUX use the text prompt only (describe locks in prose). ↻ FLUX / ALL — FLUX always regenerates with FLUX.2 Pro.

PARALLEL PANELS (script batch generation)
Panels per parallel wave. GPT/FLUX rate-limit easily — start at 2–4; raise only if you never see 429. Max 96.
DELAY (seconds between parallel batches)
Pause after each wave. If you see 429, use 15–30s (or higher). 0 = no pause.
PROMPT LEARNING (telemetry → global rules)
Server also runs this daily (06:00 UTC) when there is enough anonymised failure data. For early customers, run it yourself after sessions — same secret as wrangler secret put AUTOMATION_SECRET on the Worker.
